KIEZEN INDIA: Project & System Overview:- KIEZEN INDIA is a modernized, end-to-end pre-construction anti-termite reticulation business. The company bridges the gap between physical construction engineering and automated digital management. By deploying a proprietary, precision-engineered fluid distribution network (FPS → FDU → UDF).
KIEZEN INDIA ensures strict compliance, eliminates installation errors, and secures long-term recurring revenue through automated maintenance scheduling.
The Physical Engineering (Hardware Architecture)
KIEZEN INDIA replaces flawed "weeping pipe" termite systems with a highly controlled, pressure-balanced distribution network installed before the foundation concrete is poured.
The physical architecture strictly follows these rules:-
1. The FPS (Fluid Pumping Station): The wall-mounted central control hub and injection manifold where technicians connect external chemical pumps.
2. The FDU (Fluid Distribution Unit):- The floor-level splitter that receives fluid from the FPS and safely divides it into multiple independent sub-floor
3. The UDF (Unit of Dispensing Fluid):- Precision-emitter valves placed exactly every 3 feet along 6mm OD / 4mm ID piping, facing downward toward the soil.
The Golden Ratio:- To maintain perfect pressure, 1 FPS connects to 1 FDU. Each FDU line is capped at a maximum of 13-14 UDFs. Therefore, a standard system base ratio requires 1 FPS and 1 FDU to manage a grid of roughly 139 to 142 UDFs.
The Digital Ecosystem (Software Architecture)
To manage the physical installations at scale, the KIEZEN INDIA project includes a custom software ecosystem divided into two main interfaces:-
1. Manual Hardware Logging:- Technicians manually input the exact counts of installed FPS units, FDUs, UDFs, and total pipe length.
2. Smart Document Scanner: Technicians hand-draw the pipe routing onto the physical site blueprint, then use the app to scan, crop, and upload it as a high-resolution PDF to the client's digital profile.
